Feeling the January Blues? You know the ones with the 5am starts lugging yourself back in the gym full of potatoes and cake post Christmas, then into the office with a slightly sad looking salad surrounded by overwhelming amounts of brand new projects and that un-shakeable tiredness that chains itself to your eyelids, to then be finally greeted by the weekend.. filled with laundry and dirty pans up to the eyeballs. Yeah, thought you recognised it.

So as much as people are head first into diets and dry January, if you are in the mood for treating yourself and manage to step away from that ever growing pile of laundry and pans to spend some time with your loved one, then look no further!


3 Stressless Holiday Tips I'll never do Christmas without | Life & Opinion

As I've already said in posts previous to this one, Christmas can be quite an unnecessarily stressful holiday. From finding the time and inclination to wrap loads of gifts, to worrying whether you're getting the right ones, to getting all the right food components ready and then rushing around hosting all the family and having to complete 8 dishwasher loads before you can even contemplate about going to bed (and don't get me started on those slowly leering January Blues). Its easy to say that for some, especially the hosts, it can all get a little too much.

So although it might be a little early (considering its all but 11 months away), I wanted to share 3 tips I'm taking with me to Christmas 2018 that my family and I did this year that took the pressure out of the holidays.

So yeah as you can tell from the title I may have got a tad carried away in November... 
but It was definitely all worth it I swear!
