Sumarie Interview and Bespoke Label Launch Party*

A while ago I was working for Designer swimwear brand Sumarie Couture and was invited to attend the blogger and press event for the Bespoke Label Launch and opening of the new store and extension to the fashion school!

The new larger store was completely monochrome keeping in the same style as the brand with chic homeware, pictures, fabrics and the main collection bringing the space to life.

The swimwear featured the classic toothpaste stripe and coral colours featured first in the show setting the look for the rest of the pieces that followed with the bespoke collection running along a similar vein to the swimwear, with structured lines, black and white and astonishing detail sequin detail creating a show stopping collection of chic evening wear. My personal favourite was the white bow-tied jacket and matching skirt!

Whilst working for the brand during the creation of the collection I got the chance to quickly grab the designer herself Marie Su to shoot my first ever video interview to get to see what the real inspiration behind the swimwear collection was all about, kicking off my Youtube channel with a bang!

It was really exciting to be a part of such a growing brand and team seeing all the work come to life. I'm sure Sumarie Couture will continue to create great things!

A couple of weeks ago I was invited to a local ball by one of my boyfriends friends.. Of which dress code was 'go all out circus theme'. So with giving a fashion blogger a chance to go all out with dressing up I thought the final product pictures of Me and and my boyfriend as harlequin jesters had to go up on here..

It was all jest too much fun ;)

Gogo Philip - Disney #2*

Gogo Philip are constantly taking the alternative jewellery world by storm from American gangster chic to chunky gold 80's inspired jewel pieces and it seems the list keeps coming.

Just over two months ago the brand joined hands for the second time with famous fantasy brand Disney and launched further alternative pieces only the pulse of Mickey or Minnie could create exclusively to the Chesire street London store and ASOS.

Featuring classic disney character themed plain gold disney shaped bangles with matching rings, Mickeys disney hands and gold topped Mickey pearl drop earrings further making the Disney brand more accessible to every age group and broadening the bridge of alternative jewellery.

The collection has now practically sold out online and with Minnie appearing as the theme of the latest Love Magazine and further success of Gogo's other current collections I can't wait to see what other big things and tactful collabs are to come from this jewellery brainbox!

You can view the collection here

Sorry it's been a while bloggers... It's been a manic few weeks again :( I'm hoping when my commute soon minimises blogging will resume to something more regular.

Just over a month ago I took a 2 week vaycay to beautiful sunny Florida for my first long holiday in a very very long time.

The trip was filled with the usual holiday attitude: sun, spending and self induced hangovers, and on top of this usual routine the US is obviously well known for its high volume high calorie food of which I slightly over indulged in.. (And am now burning a deep regret filled hole in my gym pass) But check out those cute chocolate sharkie's on top of the cupcakes!.. No-one can resist them!

I also investigated the fashion (obviously) going slightly over the top buying 4 new bikinis, several perfume mists and creams from Victorias Secret, a new dipped hem black net maxi dress which I LOVE (and will probably be pictured in a few more blogs to come) and last but no means least the Marc Jacobs Lola bracelet at a mega cheap at just $15!

Now let's be honest.. You can't really experience the US without renting a Mustang to drive round to all the crazy theme parks in right? On top of the already obviously extravagant lifestyle myself and boyfriend rented a 4.0L Mustang for the second half of our week.. Which although I only drove once (as I was so happy to be driven round for once like a princess) was a true beauty!

The theme parks were amazing with Busch Gardens 'Sheikra' (conveniently re-named Shriek-ra) starting off my constant screaming and adrenaline shakes followed by the 2 parks Universal with The Hulk ride being easily the best and The Harry Potter zone enjoyed with a butter beer featuring heavily in my pictures! Lastly a slightly less impressive spot of local mini golf was also played.. Which I had to add to this post as both games of I reigbed champion meaning the bf was beated by a girl ;)

The holiday and bank balance vanished in a flash and before long it was time to fly home to a rainy British reality :( I hope to go back there soon!
